1.                  
            That the pay reduction equal to two days pay for 10-month employees 
            be implemented as a negative adjustment to the employees gross salary 
            for the June 14, 2002 six-day pay check. 
           
          
2.                  
            That the pay reduction equal to two days pay for 11- and 12-month 
            employees be implemented as a negative adjustment to the employee’s 
            bi-weekly gross salary for the pay dates of June 14, 2002 (one day) 
            and June 28, 2002 (one day). 
          
          
3.                  
            That the pay reduction for those employees who will retire 
            effective June 30, 2002 and commence DROP participation effective 
            July 1, 2002 will be implemented the first scheduled 10-day pay check 
            of the 2002-2003 fiscal year. 
           
          
4.                  
            That employees affected by the Pay Reduction Plan not be granted 
            DAYS OFF with pay during the remainder of the 2001-2002 school year. 
          
          
          
5.                  
            That employees exempted from the Pay Reduction Plan be expanded 
            to include those currently participating in the 2001-2002 Transition 
            Leave Program. 
           
          
6.                  
            That the School Board authorize the Superintendent to negotiate 
            granting employees two days off with pay during the 2002-2003 school 
            year provided it does not increase the Board’s personnel costs.
