108,260          SP-1   INVOKED   School Board Rule 6Gx13-8C-1.11 to allow School Board Member Dr. Martin Karp to participate in this organization meeting by telephone, based on the fact that Board Member Karp’s physical absence presented an extraordinary circumstance.
