Excerpts from Unofficial Minutes of August 15, 2012 Special School Board Meeting

115,891 SP-1 APPROVED Resolution 12-133, calling for a bond election to be held on November 6, 2012, for the purpose of submitting to the duly qualified electors of the school district of Miami-Dade County, Florida, a question regarding the issuance of General Obligation Bonds in an aggregate amount not exceeding $1.2 billion to finance a plan to modernize and construct schools throughout the district, including technology upgrades; providing for proper notice of such election and providing an effective date.
