116,863 c-1 authorized The Superintendent to: (1) enter into a cooperative agreement with Kids Choice Pediatric Day Care Center, LLC, to provide specialized services to a maximum of 50 medically-dependent students with disabilities, effective April 10, 2014, through June 30, 2015; and (2) extend the cooperative agreement annually for up to two additional one-year periods. There is no exchange of funds.
