102,628 SP-1 WITHDREW Request to prepare an RFP for a pilot program of minor building maintenance, custodial services and grounds maintenance to be implemented at selected schools encompassing three feeder patterns, subject to impact bargaining pursuant to the provisions of the applicable labor contracts.
