109,881 SP-1 DENIED The initiation of rulemaking proceeding with regards to:
1) having citizen appearances on non-agenda items heard at a time certain (5:00 p.m.) or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the conclusion of the School Board Committee meetings; and
2) approving, in the interim, that the segment of the School Board meeting presently known as “public hearing” on non-agenda items will no longer be televised.
