PURPOSE: To discuss agenda item H-8 from the Regular School Board meeting of September 7, 2022, and establish a formal timeline for the creation and implementation of the evaluation and assessment process and to collaboratively establish a mutually agreed upon Superintendent evaluation and assessment mechanism to be considered for prospective implementation and in alignment with the Superintendent’s employment agreement prospectively starting July 1, 2023.  A copy of the workshop agenda will be made available by 12:00 p.m., September 26, 2022, Citizen Information Center, Room 102, 1450 N. E.
