PURPOSE: As a result of June 2025 Agenda Item H-7, Early Childhood Education Excellence Framework, proffered by School Board Member Luisa Santos, to provide an in-depth overview of the current state of early childhood education in Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS).
