109,995 SP-1 APPROVED The proposed STAR [Special Teachers are Rewarded]
Performance Pay Plan.
109,996 SP-2 HELD An administrative hearing pursuant
to Section 447.403, Florida Statutes, to resolve the disputed impasse issue of
the STAR Performance Pay Plan; and upon the conclusion of the administrative
hearing, voted to accept the Special
Magistrate’s recommendation.
109,997 SP-3 RATIFIED The proposed agreement with the United
Teachers of Dade to resolve the disputed impasse issue regarding the STAR
Performance Pay Plan.
109,998 SP-4 DENIED Authorization to initiate rulemaking
