Excerpts from Unofficial Minutes of November 6, 2013 Special Board Meeting

116,626     SP-1     RATIFIED     The 2013-2014 reopener contract Tentative Agreement with UTD effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.

116,627     SP-2    APPROVED     The monthly premium equivalent rates for benefit eligible full and part time employees, eligible COBRA participants, non-Medicare eligible retirees and their eligible dependents for associations (Managerial Exempt Personnel, Confidential Exempt Personnel) and unions in agreement with plan design and contribution changes for the self-funded medical program administered by Cigna Healthcare effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014; authorized the purchase of individual stop loss coverage (ISL) effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, with coverage limits and rates; and confirm the ASO structure for the District’s self-funded healthcare program for the calendar year 2014, as delineated in the Official Agenda item.

116,628     SP-3    WITHDREW*     The request to reschedule the November 19, 2013 Regular School Board Meeting and Public Hearing to November 26, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.; and the Board Workshop on the Disparity Study previously scheduled for November 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. the same day.
