2. Detailed explanation of the objectives and desired outcomes for reorganization.

3. Detailed explanation of how the proposed reorganization would produce the desired outcomes.

4. Accurate and detailed documentation of the cost/ savings impact.

5. The [reorganization] item must be presented and discussed at the appropriate School Board committee(s).

6. The full Board item and supplemental information must be distributed to the Board no later than the Friday before the Board meeting at which it [the reorganization] is to be approved.

· approved Resolution No. 03-02 (Exhibit 1), authorizing execution of Supplemental Trust Agreement 2003D; and amended and restated schedule.

104,246 E-1 AUTHORIZED The Superintendent to make the necessary staff appointments to attend the local planning agencies, or equivalent agencies, of local governments which consider comprehensive plan amendments and re-zonings that would, if approved, increase residential density. Additional appointments may be made on an as-needed basis by the Superintendent or designee; and to the County’s staff development review committee, or equivalent body, and to Cities’ staff development review committees, or equivalent body, as appropriate, when development and redevelopment proposals are proposed that would create an increase in the number of residential units. School District staff shall serve in an advisory support capacity.

104,247 E-2 AUTHORIZED The execution of a Joint Use Agreement with Miami-Dade County for the use of the Tropical Park Community Center, at the reduced annual amount of $6,500, and under the terms and conditions set forth.

The term of the renewal option period will commence January 7, 2004, and will end January 6, 2005. All other terms and conditions of the lease agreement will remain unchanged.

104,249 E-4 AUTHORIZED The renewal of the lease agreement with Greater Miami Service Corps for the South Dade Plant Center, at an annual rental rate of $1.00. The term of the renewal option period will commence July 1, 2003, and will end June 30, 2004. All other terms and conditions of the lease agreement will remain unchanged.

104,250 E-6 AUTHORIZED The negotiation of a Declaration of Restrictions, in connection with Miami-Dade County Application No. 96-549, Saga Bay Development, Inc., for the provision of a voluntary monetary donation over and above educational facilities impact fees, in the amount of $100,000.
