99,906     C-2     AUTHORIZED     The Superintendent to enter into a contractual agreement with the University of Miami Rosensteil School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences, in an amount not to exceed $111,370, for services rendered from June 19, 2000 through June 28, 2000, in the third year of a four-year program entitled INSTAR, an 8-day summer institute for science teachers.  The appropriation for this item was included in the Contracted Programs Fund of the 1999-2000 Adopted Budget.
